Faith is a Church theme. It is built with features that are specific to a Church such as sections for sermons, events, short messages, service timings, contact details etc. But all that features are not forced on the template as such. They are all controlled via the theme option panel. So if one wants to use this theme for their regular blog he can just disable all this extensions from homepage.
